About Return and Exchange:
---Without any quality problem
If you want to return an item, please contact us first by sending an email to oslhairboutique@hotmail.com, You are required return the item within 10 days once it is received.
1 Return for exchange: you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference
2 Return for refund: you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your account.
---Quality problem OR wrong products when open the package.
If you find some quality problems after getting the parcel, such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. Please send an email to contact us first. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will check it at once and offer you some solutions.
Kindly reminder:
1 All the items returned must be dealed with 5 days
2 Please keep the item in original condition, items that has been used or washed is not returnable any more.
3 Please do not return the parcel before you get our permission.or we are not responsible for any loss caused.
About Cancelling:
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.
1 Contacting us within 24 hours after you finish the payment, you are charged freely.
2 Contacting us after 24 hours, 3% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.
3 Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is dispatched or the hair extensions are being customized.
